Product Activation Count Reset Request

Use this form to request a reset of the number of activations allowed for a registered Freedom Scientific product. This service only applies to products that use the ILM (Internet License Manager) authorization scheme: JAWS 5.10, MAGic 9.50, Openbook 9.0, WYNN 4.0, and any later versions of these products. You can check your remaining activation count using www.FSActivate.com.

To process this request, we need you to provide us with your name, product serial or authorization number, phone number, email address and a brief description of why you require a reset of your activation count.

This request will be processed as quickly as possible, but allow one business day for the reset to occur.
